P.L. Boucher, also known as "themadbutcher," is a Star Wars fan artist from Montreal, Canada. He is a filmmaking and screenwriting graduate and has written a number of original works. As a fan artist, Boucher created unofficial posters for Star Wars Episode VII.

Fan artEdit

In 2013, Boucher created a series of unofficial posters for Star Wars Episode VII. These posters were made using stock photos, as well as effects that Boucher himself created. The first was inspired by the Akira Kurosawa film Seven Samurai, with a lone Jedi standing in a field, while the second featured an older Luke Skywalker and is meant to be the first in a series of character posters. Boucher has said he has plans to create posters for Han Solo and Princess Leia as well, in a style similar to that of the Luke Skywalker poster.[1]
